What happens if credits run out?
New evaluations cannot be created once the credit balance reaches zero. Existing evaluations remain visible according to their normal access rules.
What happens during the subscription grace period?
Organizations that miss renewal move into a grace-period state before access fully expires, so administrative follow-up can happen cleanly.
What is the refund policy?
Refund requests are reviewed manually because pricing is tied to organization onboarding and credit balances.
